A new generation of heavy lift capability

MV Mila has officially joined the SAL fleet and, as part of JSI Alliance, further strengthens the alliance’s capabilities for demanding heavy lift and project cargo operations worldwide.

As the first vessel of the new 14K-700-Type series, MV Mila has been designed with a strong focus on cargo flexibility and operational efficiency. Equipped with two 350-tonne heavy lift cranes, the vessel offers a combined lifting capacity of up to 700 tonnes in tandem.

The vessel is built to handle oversized and complex cargo across a broad range of industries, including energy, offshore, infrastructure, mining and industrial projects. Its modern design and flexible cargo intake provide additional versatility for challenging transport requirements, while efficient port turnaround supports reliable project execution across global trade lanes.

MV Mila marks the beginning of a four-vessel series. She will be followed by her sister vessels MV Lina, MV Hannah and MV Pia, further expanding the JSI Alliance fleet with a new generation of versatile and fuel-efficient multipurpose heavy lift vessels.

With the introduction of the 14K-700-Type series, JSI Alliance continues to strengthen its ability to provide flexible heavy lift and project cargo solutions for customers worldwide.
