Two Liebherr LPS 600 shore cranes were loaded in Rostock for delivery to projects in Asia.

The heavy lift vessel Fairplayer has successfully loaded two Liebherr LPS 600 shore cranes during a port call in Rostock, Germany.

The cranes were lifted on board on behalf of deugro and are destined for projects in the Philippines and Vietnam.

The loading operation was carried out over 11 days, requiring precise coordination and multiple hatch operations. The experienced crew handled the complex lifts efficiently, achieving a high loading rate and ensuring safe positioning and securing of the cargo.

In addition to the two main lifts, further cargo was loaded for delivery to the Philippines and Vietnam, demonstrating the vessel’s ability to combine heavy lift and multipurpose shipments within a single operation.

Once delivered, the cranes will form part of a Coal Conveying System upgrade at the Masinloc coal terminal and power plant complex in the Philippines, supporting infrastructure improvements at the site.
